Your image is the starting point
Image-to-video creation takes a still image and uses your written instruction to generate movement. You might animate a pet’s expression, give a reaction image a slow camera zoom, or turn an ordinary photo into an exaggerated pause. It is AI generation, so details may change rather than behaving like a precise frame-by-frame editor.
Choose an image that carries the joke
Start with a clear subject and a readable composition. A single face or animal is easier to describe than a busy scene with many small figures. If the punchline depends on text already printed on the image, inspect the generated lettering carefully: animation may change it.
Use your own image or material you have permission to reuse. Avoid sensitive documents and personal information. The private setting keeps accepted creations out of public browsing; it is not a guarantee of confidential media storage.
Upload, preview, describe
Choose image-to-video in the creator and select a file. The uploader supports common formats such as JPEG, PNG and WebP, with phone-image types also offered in the file picker. If an image is not accepted, export a standard JPEG and try again. Check the preview before spending a credit.
Describe what should move and what should stay still. For example: ‘The person slowly raises one eyebrow while the camera stays fixed.’ This is an illustrative prompt you can adapt. If the image contains several people, identify the intended subject clearly.
Three directions to try
For a reaction, try a small expression change and a pause. For dramatic realization, try a slow camera push-in. For a pet joke, try a subtle head turn while keeping the background still. Start with one direction; combining all three can make the result harder to control.
Review your generation
Choose Free with ads or Ad-free, then check the public checkbox. Inspect your finished video before continuing to the meme editor. Each video has one generation attempt; you can start a new video if you want a different result.
Keep creating from the result
Download the result or use the available meme and sharing actions. Publish only when you want the accepted creation available to the community. The first-video guide walks through the decisions in more detail, and the examples page provides existing site videos to inspect before you choose your next idea.
Put your idea in motion
Start with a template, a meme or your own image. Check your credits and publishing choice before generating.
