Make something people can enjoy
Use MemeToVideo to create and share jokes, reactions and imaginative AI videos. Keep titles and descriptions accurate. Do not use misleading thumbnails, repeated spam or impersonation to draw people to a creation.
Use material you are allowed to use
Upload images and other material you own or have permission to use. Public availability does not automatically mean permission to republish. Do not remove another creator’s credit or claim authorship of their work. Rights concerns can be reported through the post or the contact page.
Do not target or expose people
Do not publish threats, hateful attacks, targeted harassment or private personal information. Avoid jokes built around humiliating an identifiable person who has not agreed to participate. Do not create sexual exploitation, non-consensual intimate content or content that sexualizes minors.
Be clear when a video is AI-generated
Do not present fabricated actions as authentic footage of a real person or event. This is especially important for news, elections, public safety and other situations where viewers could act on a false impression. A joke should not depend on tricking viewers into believing harmful misinformation.
Avoid harmful or illegal content
Do not use the service for illegal activity, graphic abuse, glorification of violence or instructions intended to harm people. Review the Terms before uploading. A creation being private does not make prohibited content acceptable.
How to report a post
Open the post’s report control, select the closest reason and explain the concern. Provide the page URL and relevant context if you contact support instead. For a rights complaint, explain your connection to the material and identify the content at issue; do not send passwords or unnecessary personal documents.
Reports help identify content for review. Content may be removed or restricted under the Terms. We do not promise a fixed review time or that every report will produce removal. If you believe your own content was removed in error, contact support with the URL and explanation.
Control what you publish
Check the public option before generating and review your result before accepting it. Do not publish material you later need to be able to recall from every recipient: downloaded and redistributed copies can remain outside the site.
