Your privacy on MemeToVideo

This policy explains what information we collect, how we use cookies and ads, and how data may be handled when you create memes, upload images, or generate AI videos.

Last updated: August 20, 2026

1. Information we collect

MemeToVideo may collect basic technical and usage information to operate, secure, and improve the site. This may include browser type, device information, pages visited, general region, performance data, and error logs.

2. Accounts and uploads

Some features may use account sign-in, guest access, or creator information so you can save memes, upload templates, view your content, or use video credits.

  • Uploaded images or videos may be stored so the feature can work.
  • Publicly published memes or templates may be visible to other visitors.
  • Private/account-related data is used to support your account and content history.

3. AI image and video generation

When you use AI generation features, prompts, uploaded files, titles, categories, and related metadata may be sent to service providers needed to create the result. These providers may process data under their own policies.

4. Cookies, local storage, analytics, and ads

We may use cookies and local storage to keep the site working, remember preferences, support sign-in, measure traffic, and show ads.

MemeToVideo may use analytics tools and advertising services such as Google Analytics and Google AdSense. Google and its partners may use cookies or similar technologies to serve or measure ads.

5. Payments and credits

If you purchase video credits, payment processing is handled by a third-party payment provider. We do not store full payment card numbers on MemeToVideo servers.

6. Third-party services

We may use trusted third-party services for hosting, authentication, analytics, advertising, payment processing, storage, and AI generation. These services may collect or process data according to their own privacy policies.

7. Children’s privacy

MemeToVideo is not intended for children under 13 to use alone. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child provided personal information, contact us.

8. Your choices

Depending on your location, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, or limitation of certain data. You can also manage cookies through your browser settings and advertising preferences through your ad settings.

Signed-in users can delete their account from the Account page. The default option deletes the profile, private content, public content, uploaded media, and associated feed entries. Users may instead explicitly choose to retain public content; retained posts are disconnected from the account and displayed as belonging to “Deleted creator.” Private content is always deleted.

We may retain a non-reversible keyed fingerprint of a social sign-in identity solely to prevent repeated promotional-credit claims. We may also retain limited records when required for fraud prevention, security, transactions, or legal obligations.

9. Data security

We use reasonable security practices to protect the site and reduce risk. No internet system is perfectly secure, but we work to keep MemeToVideo safe.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when features, tools, providers, or legal requirements change. The “Last updated” date will reflect the latest version.
