Terms of Service

These rules explain how to use MemeToVideo, upload memes and templates, use video credits, and keep the community fun and respectful.

1. Who can use MemeToVideo

You must be at least 13 to use MemeToVideo.

2. Entertainment only

MemeToVideo is for fun, creativity, memes, and entertainment. AI-generated outputs are not professional advice.

3. Posting memes, videos, and templates

MemeToVideo may allow you to upload images, create videos, publish memes, and publish meme templates. You are responsible for what you upload or publish.

Allowed content

  • Original content you created.
  • Content you have permission or license to use.
  • Public-domain content or content you are legally allowed to remix.

Do not post

  • Hateful, harassing, threatening, or discriminatory content.
  • Sexually explicit or pornographic content.
  • Content involving minors in any sexual context.
  • Illegal content or content encouraging illegal activity.
  • Spam, scams, fake engagement, or bot activity.
  • Content that infringes copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other rights.
  • Private personal information you do not have permission to share.

4. Moderation and removal

We may remove, restrict, reduce visibility of, or disable access to any meme, image, video, template, caption, or account activity that violates these Terms or that we believe is unsafe, abusive, infringing, spammy, or harmful to the community.

5. AI generation and uploaded files

When you use AI generation features, your prompt, uploaded file, title, category, and related metadata may be used to create the requested output. You agree not to use AI tools to generate illegal, abusive, infringing, or unsafe content.

6. Video credits and payments

Some features, such as image-to-video generation, may use paid credits. Credit prices, availability, and usage rules may change. Payments are handled by third-party payment providers.

7. Ownership and license

You keep ownership of content you create or upload. By posting or publishing content on MemeToVideo, you grant MemeToVideo a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, display, reproduce, distribute, promote, and use that content as needed to operate and improve the site. If you delete your account and explicitly choose to keep public content, this license continues for that retained content and the content will be attributed to “Deleted creator.” Choosing to delete all content ends this license after deletion and reasonable backup or cache expiration.

8. Prohibited technical use

  • Do not hack, disrupt, overload, scrape at scale, or reverse engineer the site.
  • Do not misuse APIs, storage, payment systems, or authentication.
  • Do not upload malware or attempt to bypass limits, security, or moderation.

9. Ads and third-party links

MemeToVideo may show ads, including Google AdSense, and may link to third-party services. We do not control third-party content, products, policies, or privacy practices.

10. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

MemeToVideo is provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no warranties of any kind. We are not liable for losses arising from your use of the site, AI outputs, uploaded content, third-party services, or unavailable features.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms, site features, pricing, credits, or policies at any time. Continued use of MemeToVideo means you accept the updated Terms.
